Our Code of Conduct is all about Santane’s values and commonly held principles that guide us and are the top-level reference for shaping our behaviour, actions, approach, decision-making and activities.

 

Ethics and Integrity 
We are committed to maintaining the highest degree of ethics and integrity in all our dealings. We always conduct our services honestly and honourably, and expect our staff, associates, clients and suppliers to do the same. 

Equality and Discrimination 
We always strive to be fair and objective in our advice and actions, and we are never influenced in our decisions, actions or recommendations by issues of gender, race, creed, colour, age or personal disability. 

Professional Conduct & Confidentiality 
We strive for quality and customer satisfaction and create value for all our stakeholders; we are flexible, encourage innovation, develop our competences, seek responsibility and are accountable for our actions; we act with discipline, base our decisions on facts and focus on the priorities. 
We are committed to maintaining confidentiality, and the protection of all personal information received in the course of providing the business services concerned. 

Anti-Bribery and Corruption 
It is our policy that neither Santane nor any of its representative may, directly or indirectly offer, promise, pay, give or authorize any financial or other advantage with the intent to exert improper influence over the recipient, induce the recipient to violate his or her duties, secure an improper advantage for Santane. 

Quality and Continuous Improvement 
We are committed to continuous improvement by working together and complying with agreed processes across businesses, functions and geographies. We share our knowledge, encourage everyone’s contribution, develop our people through empowerment, teamwork and training. 

Conflict of Interest 
A conflict of interest exists in any situation in which a person having official responsibilities is empowered to make decisions on behalf of the Santane and who, as a result of that authority, can potentially benefit personally, directly or indirectly, from an entity or person conducting business with the Company. 
Employees and all other stakeholders shall avoid Conflicts of Interest. All employees, associates and other stakeholders shall disclose any conflict of interest issues to HR and Compliance teams in order to resolve the situation in a fair and transparent manner. 

Compliance with laws, rules and regulations 
We conduct our business within the framework of applicable laws and regulations. 

Complying with our Code of Conduct is mandatory for everyone acting on behalf of Santane, including managers, employees, associates, suppliers and business partners, as we are all responsible for acting ethically. 
The Company’s Management strives for the cultivation of a “openness, transparency and speak up” culture, allowing everyone (such as employees, business partners and customers) to express, in good faith, any concern they might have regarding possible violation of the principles contained in our Code of Conduct, internal policies and the law. 
Santane has set up a Misconduct Reporting Email (ethics@santane.co.uk) and Misconduct Reporting Phone (+44 131 2255677) in case anyone wants to report any issues. Issues can be raised anonymously by the reporting person and these will be investigated fully as per Company's policies.
