The general scope of work covered was Engineering Design Reviews, Preparation of “as-built” Drawings and Documentation, Design Validation for new development projects, Process Engineering Support for existing assets, Simulation Techniques for technical assurance and Safety Reviews.
Project Details:
- Verification and Development of P&IDs, PFDs, Isometric Drawings for all units.
- Risk and Safety Assessments and Reviews (Audits /HAZID /HAZOP / SIL): Formal systematic critical examination of the process and facilities, to assess the hazard potential of mal-operation or malfunction of individual items of equipment and the consequent effects on the facility as a whole.
- 3D Model Design Reviews: To facilitate the engineering and to provide a check on technical and personnel safety aspects, operability and maintenance aspects, etc.
- Process design safety review: For identification of potential hazards, assessment of risks and reviewing the readiness and effectiveness of risk control measures to ensure safety for personnel and equipment systems in the plant.
